A little bit about us...

Founded in 2008, Pacdon of Bunnaloo is situated approximately 50km north-west of Echuca-Moama, on the banks of the mighty Murray River. Whilst living and farming in Bunnaloo, we had a vision to bring the very best of British foods Down Under and to produce them with only the very best locally-sourced ingredients. We specialise in crafting our range of gourmet traditional British pork products in our own specially built on-farm factory, where we lovingly produce handmade British Melton-Mowbray style Pork Pies, Gala Pies, gourmet Pork Sausage including Cumberland and Lincolnshire, Wiltshire Cure Bacon and Gammon, as well as our famous traditional Black Pudding. All of these authentic age-old recipes have been brought to Australia by our own in-house chef. Even if you've never tried these delicious treats before, one taste and we know you'll love each and every one of them.

Here at Pacdon, we believe in 'slowfood', a gentle and more pleasurable way of producing gourmet food with an emphasis on quality, care and the use of locally grown ingredients. We believe the benefits are passed on to you through the superior taste of our produce. We use all natural ingredients without anything unnecessary, just as nature intended, and we refuse to ever compromise on quality. We use local pork that comes direct from a nearby pig farm of the highest possible standards, and we know you'll be able to taste the difference.

All of us here at Pacdon are active members of the local community and are passionate about the region and country to which we call home. We regularly attend local farmers markets in order to supply our produce direct, as well as distributing Australia-wide. We take pride in using green energy to meet our power needs, recycle as much as possible, and are careful to control our carbon emissions. We feel it makes both ethical and business sense.
